Process

A clear path from brief to dispatch.

Five steps, each confirmed in writing before the next begins. You always know where your program stands — and who is responsible for it.

  1. 1

    Brief & inquiry

Send your tech pack or reference, target quantity, fabric and GSM, size breakdown, and delivery terms. We come back with questions if anything is unclear — assumptions are expensive.

    What we need from you

Tech pack or reference sample, target quantity, fabric/GSM, sizes, delivery terms.

  2. 2

    Factory match & quotation

Your product is matched against our selected factory network by capability, quality level, and capacity. The quotation you receive is built on fabric, GSM, construction, and quantity — in writing.

    What we need from you

Confirmation of target price range, if you have one.

  3. 3

    Sampling & approval

Proto samples, fit comments, and revisions are managed until the sample is right. Bulk production is only booked against your written approval of the sample and specification.

    What we need from you

    Timely, consolidated sample comments.

  4. 4

    Production + QC

Production is tracked against agreed milestones. Inline and final inspections are checked against your approved sample and spec sheet, with reports shared before anything ships.

    What we need from you

Approval of inspection reports and any concessions, where needed.

  5. 5

    Packing & dispatch

Goods are packed to your instructions, documents are prepared and shared, and dispatch is coordinated with your nominated forwarder until the shipment is on its way.

    What we need from you

Forwarder details and final packing instructions.

How long does it take?

Timelines depend on style complexity, fabric availability, and order size. A realistic schedule is part of every quotation — and we'd rather give you an honest date than a fast one.
